Terms for creating with SourceArc.

1. Accepting these terms

By accessing the SourceArc controlled beta, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live.

2. Beta access

Access may be limited, suspended, or withdrawn to protect users, providers, or the service. Beta features can change, fail, or be removed. Do not rely on SourceArc as the only copy of important material.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you provide and resulting drafts to the extent allowed by applicable law and provider terms. You grant Prajana AI the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, and transmit that content to operate the features you request.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for submitted material. Do not submit confidential information you are not authorized to process, unlawful content, credentials, malware, or unnecessary sensitive personal data.

4. AI output and editorial responsibility

Model output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or similar to existing material. Review facts, claims, links, tone, intellectual property, platform rules, and legal obligations before use. Approval and publishing controls support your review; they do not replace it.

5. Provider keys and connected accounts

If you bring your own model-provider key or connect a social account, you authorize SourceArc to use that connection only for actions you initiate. You are responsible for provider charges and compliance under your provider account. Revoke a credential or disconnect an account if you no longer want SourceArc to use it.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use SourceArc to:

• Break the law or another person’s rights.
• Deceive, harass, impersonate, or coordinate harmful abuse.
• Evade platform safeguards, quotas, or access controls.
• Probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• Automate publishing without the required human review and confirmation.

7. Availability, limits, and cost information

Usage caps protect the beta and may vary by model or provider. Cost ranges are estimates; actual provider charges can differ because of caching, account pricing, discounts, retries, rounding, and provider changes. SourceArc subscription billing is not part of the current beta.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The controlled beta is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Prajana AI does not guarantee uninterrupted service, model accuracy, publication results, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Prajana AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the beta. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid Prajana AI for SourceArc during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Ending access

You may stop using SourceArc at any time and request account deletion. Prajana AI may suspend access for security, legal, provider, or material terms violations. Provisions that logically survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue to apply.
